BD PM invites constructive criticism from journalists

Prime minister (PM) of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina has urged journalists to do constructive criticism of the government. She told them at an Iftar party with journalists at the National Press Club on Friday. Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) and a part of Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) hosted the party.

Multimedia classrooms for effective education

Experts think that the present education system of Bangladesh can be more effective by establishing multimedia classrooms. Therefore, the draft proposal on building ‘Digital Bangladesh’ has recommended establishing multimedia classrooms in all secondary schools. Beside this, the draft has proposed to ensure Internet use for the students.

Bangladeshi Editor Jailed

Piracy declared illegal in Bangladesh
